Colegio La Colina has been approved by Cambridge International Education (Cambridge) to offer its world-class Cambridge Primary program for students aged 5 to 11.
Cambridge Primary is an international education program taught in over 2,500 schools in over 120 countries around the world. It provides students with a solid foundation of knowledge, understanding and skills at the beginning of their schooling. With eleven subjects to choose from, including English, maths and science, there are many opportunities for students to develop creativity, expression and wellbeing.
The program also includes a variety of assessments to help teachers identify students' strengths and weaknesses, and monitor their development as they progress through primary education.
Cambridge Primary is part of the Cambridge Pathway, a clear path to educational success from ages 3 to 19. Each stage leads seamlessly to the next and helps prepare students to thrive in and out of the classroom.
Rod Smith, Managing Director of the International Education Group at Cambridge, said: "We are delighted that Colegio La Colina has joined our global community of Cambridge Primary schools. Our Cambridge Primary program starts students on an exciting educational journey, helping them to thrive inside and outside the classroom and giving them a solid foundation for the next stage of education."
