By combining her knowledge in political science with educational training, she has experience in creating and implementing curricula that challenge and motivate students to fully develop their personal ethics and passion for learning.

Administrative Director

A professional trained in business administration and a finance specialist, with over 20 years of experience in the banking, industrial, and educational sectors, always in areas related to management and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in strategy and quality systems.

Ivonne Mora Cruz

Human Resources Coordinator

Administrator specialized in expert in human resources over 10 years of experience in talent selection for various areas, including education institutions. She has a track record in the educational and communications sectors.

Heidi Palacio

Preschool Coordinator

An English as a Second Language teacher from the University of Cambridge with 14 years of experience. She is a consultant in the development of bilingual programs with an emphasis on management. Her local and international experience in early childhood, preschool, and primary education has taken place in bilingual institutions in our country, as well as in the United States, Panama, Mexico, and Guatemala. She believes that affective education is a fundamental tool for the integral development of children and firmly believes in teamwork between school and family.

Carolina Campo

Primary Coordinator

A professional in preschool education, bilingual. Through 15 uninterrupted years working in educational organizations, she confidently states that constant contact and work with children and young people have allowed her to grow professionally. She believes that knowledge is power, but knowledge without ethics and social awareness has no potential to transform the world.

Arney Rodríguez

High School Coordinator

Licensed, specialist, and Master's in Social Innovations in Education, the academic background of the coordinator of the high school section at La Colina School. For twenty years, he has contributed to the formative process of various generations of students in Colombia, being part of several educational institutions in Bogotá and Cundinamarca, always interested in creating spaces characterized by healthy coexistence, assertive communication, and educational innovation.

Jhon Mendieta

Primary Wellbeing Leader

A specialist in clinical psychology with an emphasis on childhood and adolescence, with experience in addressing educational issues, developing and implementing prevention and promotion plans to strengthen school coexistence. He is focused on supporting the integral development of students through meaningful learning.

Leonardo Parra

High School Wellbeing Leader

Behavioural psychology with an emphasis on learning and neuropsychology, with experience in educational needs. His experience in several schools allows him to promote emotional health to strengthen individuals and groups in the school setting. He is focused on strengthening our safeguarding.
